Preparation is on for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver, and Carr-Hughes is in the midst of it. A veteran of 10 past Olympic Games, Jim Carr has again been named a producer for NBC's Olympic Unit and their coverage of Alpine Skiing. Bob Hughes reprises his role from the Torino Games, and will serve as the Production Manger for all of the luge, bobsled and skeleton competitions for the International Olympic Committee overseeing a crew of 80+. The Winter Olympics open February 12th, 2010.
